"Canadian on the ground in Gaza," International Solidarity Movement, January 9, 2009.

Eva Bartlett, a Canadian human rights volunteer with the International Solidarity Movement, is currently on the ground in Gaza. She has been accompanying Red Crescent Society ambulances in the most dangerous parts of Northern Gaza to provide an international presence in the struggle to reach and save the hundreds of wounded Palestinian civilians who require urgent medical attention amid the rubble of Gaza.

According to the World Health Organisation, 31 on-duty Palestinian medical workers have been killed by the Israeli military onslaught in the last two weeks. These war crimes include some of the paramedics that Eva has been working with until recently.

Eva is updating her blog daily with shocking frontline testimony of the obliteration of Gaza by the Israeli war machine.

Please read Eva's blog at:

And pass it on to as many people you can, especially in the media.

Eva was interviewed by CBC radio's The Current on January 7.
You can listen to it here:
