North Korea has signed on to a 'non-aggression' pact with South-East Asian nations after regional security talks at the ASEAN forum in Singapore.
The deal comes a day after unprecedented talks on North Korea's nuclear disarmament.
With the signing in Singapore, North Korea has become the 15th nation outside the ASEAN bloc to sign the non-aggression pact, the Treaty of Amity and Co-operation.
